Law Jobs Alert by Akinchan Aggarwal, Advocate — B.A. (Hons.) Gold Medalist, LL.B. (University Rank 2), LL.M. (Dispute Resolution), UGC–NET, Ph.D. (Pursuing)
CLOSING SOON
MPYPIL Manager (Legal & Regulatory) — applications close on Tuesday, 18 August 2026.
08 posts · ₹94,248 per month · online through MPOnline · no written examination. If you have been meaning to apply, this is the weekend to finish it.
We covered this recruitment in full when the notification came out. This is a short reminder, because the window is now down to a few days — and because of a calendar problem that is going to catch people out.
The Long Weekend Problem
You have one working day, not four.
Saturday 15 August is Independence Day. Sunday 16 August follows it. That leaves Monday 17 August as the only full working day before the portal closes on Tuesday 18 August.
This matters if anything on your document list still has to come from someone else — an experience certificate from a law firm or a Senior Advocate's chamber, a duplicate Bar Council registration document, a category certificate, or an attestation. Chambers, offices and issuing authorities are shut for the next two days.
If you need any of those, make the call or send the email today so the document is ready to collect on Monday morning. Do not plan to sort it out on the 18th.

Before You Hit Submit
- Bar Council registration. It is mandatory, not preferred. Have the enrolment certificate scanned and legible.
- Count your experience from the right date. The five years run from acquiring the essential qualification. Make sure the certificate you upload states the period, not just the fact of engagement.
- Lead with the transport-law experience. The notification asks for an in-depth understanding of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, the Central Motor Vehicles Rules and the State Transport Rules. If you have appeared in MACT, permit, taxation or scrapping-policy matters, put it where it will be seen.
- Do not ignore the preferred list. Arbitration and ADR, PPP and aggregator contract scrutiny, EV and vehicle-scrapping policy work, and road-safety training all carry weight at an interview-based selection.
- Pay early. Payment gateways fail on the last day of every recruitment. Do not be the person testing that on 18 August.
- Keep the printout. Save the submitted form and the payment receipt as PDFs.
